Yes, MindNotes AI takes privacy and security seriously, ensuring full HIPAA compliance. Our platform processes your session data in real-time and does not permanently store any audio recordings, transcriptions, or notes on our servers. Once you've received your generated notes and closed the session, all associated data is permanently deleted from our system. The only exception is during processing errors, where you may temporarily save the audio file locally to reprocess it later. After successful processing and note generation, you should delete any locally saved files to maintain security. We implement robust encryption and security measures throughout the entire process to protect your and your clients' sensitive information.
